The technology behind Zortrax Inkspire relies on a high resolution LCD screen with UV LED backlighting to cure photopolymers layer by layer. Zortrax Inkspire is a resin desktop 3D printer working in UV LCD technology.

It’s designed around a high-resolution LCD screen with UV LED back-lighting that ensures every part of a layer is exposed to the same amount of UV light to uniformly cure the resin.

A single pixel measures just 50×50 microns while minimal layer hight is only 25 microns. That’s why the smallest details Zortrax Inkspire can 3D print are invisible to the naked eye. This means it offers quality of prints surpassing leading SLA 3D printers while working up to 8x faster.

Zortrax Inkspire is perfect for engineering, short and medium series manufacturing as well as precision modelling in dental prosthetics or jewellery design.

The printer works with dedicated Zortrax Resins. Third-party resins are also supported, provided they can be cured by light with 405 nm wavelength.

Zortrax Inkspire maintains constant high speed of operation and accuracy regardless of how much of the workspace is used. With one printer making 50 to 80 parts in 51 min, 30 printers working together can offer an approximate monthly output of 650,000 to 1,00,000 parts.

That’s why Zortrax Inkspire can work as a basic production unit in easily scalable 3D printing farms capable of short-series manufacturing.

From art to engineering, Zortrax Inkspire is perfect in all applications where superior precision makes the difference. With 50×50 microns pixel size and 25 microns minimal layer height, it can 3D print models with no visible layering or vertical lines. The human eye can’t see individual pixels when the image has more than 336 pixels per inch. Pixel density in models 3D printed on Zortrax Inkspire exceeds this value regardless of the viewing angle.

Zortrax Inkspire has been designed to 3D print highly detailed models. It builds models out of tiny cuboids, measuring 50x50x25 microns. Because of these microscopic dimensions, Zortrax Inkspire can be up to 9x more precise than the circular brush of leading SLA 3D printers, especially when printing rectangular shapes. Superb. I’ve owned this printer since September 2014. I’d say it’s had two weeks downtime in all that time. The rest of the time, it’s printing. It’s built like a tank and just works. Print failures are incredibly rare, and entirely down to my own errors such as running out of filament.

Totally awesome printer. True plug&play experience. IMO best printer available for education and professional working environment. The only problem is with printing large objects – they often tend to warp.

The zortrax m200 is the best printer I have ever used. Print quality, affordability and style make it an awesome choice. Very easy to learn and print on.

The Zortrax M200 is an excellent value that makes the 3D printing experience simple and productive. It is also a quality printer for any person at any level of experience.

Excellent reliability, great prints. Almost no prints fail. Just load file and remove your print once it is done. Would recommend this printer to anyone who doesn’t want to make 3d printing a trial and error process.

We bought the Zortrax M200 printer after reading the reviews on 3dhubs and other platforms and were immediately impressed by it’s capabilities. It continues to live up to it’s well deserved reputation as an easy to use, reliable machine with great quality results. We use it regularly for all manner of customer and internal jobs. We actually have 3 M200’s in operation and currently we do not see any justifiable reason to buy another make of FDM printer.
