Big brands are starting to use 3d printing in creative marketing campaigns. Investec set out to help their clients come to grips with the implications of Social Media.
The agency had a concept in mind for the campaign, that involved building a ‘virtual online persona’ using visuals and a narrative that shows how online persona’s are built.
The creative elements used for the campaign, were a combination of a 3d rendered animation and a 3D printed bust. The bust would ordinarily be challenging and costly to create using traditional methods.
Rapid 3D’s printing bureau was used to create the bust design.
