2-day ‘Design for Additive Manufacturing’ Workshop for Experienced CAD users.
If, you are a CAD designer or manage a team of CAD designers, it is becoming a critical skill, to know how to design for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing).
Traditional manufacturing workflows are being redesigned, by manufacturers worldwide, to include Additive Manufacturing. Their gains are your loss if you don’t stay ahead of the game.
With that in mind, we’ve put together a 2 day hands-on workshop – ‘Designing for Additive Manufacturing’.
In this workshop we’ll take you through the following steps:
As this workshop is aimed at experienced CAD designers, we have to insist on the following requirements to ensure we can focus on the workshop goals and material:
- You will need to bring your own laptop with a working MCAD software installation (don’t forget your charger).
- Working proficiency in your CAD software.
- For practical reasons, we have to limit the seats to 25 CAD designers, on a first come first served basis.
Sign up for the workshop – seats are limited
The next DfAM will be held on the 13th and 14th of September 2017 in the Kemtek Center of Excellence in Johannesburg.
